Dermatology Clinic
The Humberstone Medical Centre runs a GP-specialist clinic that deals with all skin-related issues.
The clinic is operated by Dr Aileen Tincello, a GPwSI (GP with a special interest) in Dermatology. Dr Tincello has 14 years experience in Dermatology clinics in both Merseyside and Leicester, and has a Diploma in Practical Dermatology.
As well as patients of the Humberstone Medical Centre, Our Dermatology Clinic also welcomes referrals for patients from surgeries throughout Leicester under the NHS Choose and Book scheme.

Covers: Management of a wide variety of conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, benign lesions, hair and scalp problems and difficult to diagnose rashes
Skin cancers diagnosed using latest Dermatoscope equipment
Minor surgery suitable for removal of benign lesions such as moles and cysts
Interventions include use of cryotherapy (Cold Therapy)
