Born in Aberdeen, Dr Tincello qualified in medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 1988. She worked as a GP partner in Southport for 8 years then joined the Humberstone Medical Centre as partner on moving to Leicester the following year.

Dr Tincello works as a Hospital Practitioner in Dermatology at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and runs HMC’s Dermatology Clinics where she sees patients from the practice and takes referrals from other Leicester general practitioners via the Choose and Book NHS scheme. She also has an interest in Minor Surgery and operates from the centre’s Minor Operations theatre.
